Keto dinners with the carbs counted

Keto recipes have a particular failure mode: the carbs are low because the portion is small. A plate that comes in under the line by being 300 calories is not a dinner, and the hunger it produces at ten o'clock is why people quit.

These are sized as meals first and then held to the carb figure, which is why the calories are where you would expect a dinner's to be. Carbs, fat and protein are all shown, so a plate that is mostly fat is visible as one rather than hiding behind a single flattering number.

One honest caveat: these are estimates from ingredient quantities, and total carbohydrate rather than net. If you are counting to a tight ceiling, treat the figure as a starting point and check the labels on what you actually buy.
