  • 1/2 tbsp gochugaru chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

  2. Toss the pork in the marinade and rest 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a wok over high heat with a little oil until smoking.
  4. Add pork and onion and stir-fry 6 minutes until the pork is cooked and caramelized.
  5. Add sesame oil and green onions and toss 1 minute.
  6. Serve over rice with lettuce leaves for wrapping.
