Ingredients
- 3/4 cup coarse semolina (rava)
- 3/4 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, beans)

- 3/4 tsp mustard seeds
- 3/4 tbsp urad dal
- 1 sprig curry leaves

- 1 1/4 tbsp ghee

- Lower heat and stream in the roasted semolina while stirring to prevent lumps.
- Cover and cook 3 minutes until the water is absorbed and the upma is fluffy.
