  • 1/4 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tbsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tbsp olive oil

  3. Set the smoker to 275°F with apple wood chunks and place the chicken breast-side up.
  4. Smoke until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the breast reaches 160°F and the thigh reaches 175°F, about 3 to 3.5 hours.
  5. Rest 15 minutes so the temperature carries to 165°F, then carve into breasts, thighs, wings, and drumsticks.
