  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 3/4 cup sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup thousand island dressing
  • 2 tbsp butter

  3. Layer swiss, corned beef, sauerkraut, dressing and swiss between two slices.
