- 7 oz Firm tofu
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 1/2 cups dry Brown rice or quinoa
- 1 medium Carrots
- 1 large Red bell pepper
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2 Garlic cloves
