  • 1.5 lb Ground beef (85/15)
  • 2 cups Cooked long-grain rice
  • 1 can (15 oz), rinsed Canned black beans
  • 1 can (10 oz) Canned diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1, diced Yellow onion
  • 1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  5. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and cover until melted, about 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and serve straight from the skillet.
