  • 4 (150g each) cod fillets
  • 2 cups, halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup, pitted Kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 3, sliced garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
