- 600 g cooked udon noodles
- 300 g pork belly slices
- 0.25 head green cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 3 scallions
Method
- Cut pork belly into bite-size pieces. Shred cabbage and julienne carrot. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce and mirin.
