Ingredients
- 400 g fresh egg lo mein noodles
- 250 g peeled shrimp
- 2 cups napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3, cut into lengths scallions
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce
