  • 500 g pork shoulder, cubed
  • 1 green bell pepper, chunked
  • 1 red bell pepper, chunked
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 cups neutral oil for frying
