- 1.5 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 Scotch bonnet pepper
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
