  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 ripe mango
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
