  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 2 small Yellow zucchini
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
  • 15 oz Canned chickpeas
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil
  • 1 Lemon

Method
