  • 14 oz Firm tofu
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 2 small Zucchini
  • 4 cups Spinach
  • 3 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 cups Cooked rice (white or brown)

Method

  1. Press and cube the tofu. Pan-fry until golden and crispy, then set aside.
