- 1 lb Pork loin or pork shoulder
- 2 Bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 Carrots
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 inch piece Ginger root
- 3 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 Green onions
