Ingredients
- 14 oz Firm tofu
- 2 cups Mixed mushrooms (shiitake, enoki, button)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 4 cups Cooked jasmine rice
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
