  • 4 (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1-inch piece Fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce (or coconut aminos for keto)
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Method

  1. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger finely.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
