  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 200g mushrooms (shiitake or button)
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 4 stalks green onions
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
