  • 4 (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
  • 4 cups Fresh spinach
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions

Method

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry and cut into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Mince the garlic cloves and chop the green onions.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add salmon pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through; remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  7. Return salmon to the skillet, add soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss gently to combine; cook for another 2 minutes.
