  • 4 (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
  • 4 cups Fresh spinach
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch piece Ginger root
  • 2 Green onions
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
