- 4 (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
- 4 cups Fresh spinach
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 inch piece Ginger root
- 2 Green onions
- to taste Salt and pepper

- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
