  • 4 (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch (about 1 lb) Asparagus
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce (or coconut aminos for keto)
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp grated Ginger
  • 2, sliced Green onions
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Method

  1. Prepare all ingredients: chop garlic, grate ginger, trim asparagus, slice green onions.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  6. Return salmon to the skillet, pour soy sauce over everything, and cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
