Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy)
- 3 large Bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
- 1 large Onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 (14 oz) can Canned diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 12 oz Dried spaghetti
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- to taste Salt and pepper

Method
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
