  • 2 cups Button mushrooms
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
