- 1 lb Firm white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 2 Bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 2 Carrots
- 8 oz Green beans
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1-inch piece Ginger
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil or vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder (optional for heat)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
