- 4 Large zucchinis
- 1 lb (450g) Ground turkey or chicken
- 1 small Red onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup crumbled Feta cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried oregano

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to create boats, leaving about ½ inch border. Chop the scooped flesh finely.
