- 2 cans (15 oz each) Canned chickpeas
- 2 Red bell pepper
- 2 Zucchini
- 1 large Red onion
- 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Dried oregano

- ½ cup crumbled Feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped Fresh parsley
