  • 2 Red bell pepper
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 1 large Red onion
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano

  • to taste Black pepper
  • ½ cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped Fresh parsley
