Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu
- 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 large carrots
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 stalks green onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger
- 4 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
Method
- Press and cube the tofu. Toss with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Pan-fry in a little sesame oil until golden and crispy, then set aside.
