- 1 medium head Napa cabbage
- 14 oz Firm tofu
- 4 cloves Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp Gluten-free soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 stalks Green onions

Method
- Drain excess water from the tofu and cut into 1-inch cubes.
