- 14 oz Firm tofu
- 4 bunches Bok choy
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp Gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

- Drain excess water from the tofu and cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Wash and chop the bok choy into bite-sized pieces, separating stems and leaves.
