  • 14 oz Firm tofu
  • 4 bunches Bok choy
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp Gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

  1. Drain excess water from the tofu and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Wash and chop the bok choy into bite-sized pieces, separating stems and leaves.
  3. Mince the garlic cloves.
