- 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 large Bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 3 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 medium Carrots
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1-inch piece Fresh ginger
- 3 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 stalks Green onions

- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips. Mince garlic and grate ginger.

- Return chicken to the skillet. Add coconut aminos and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
