- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups sliced Bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Carrots, sliced
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp Coconut aminos (soy sauce substitute)
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
